Use of the website
- All natural and legal persons are entitled to use the website (the following document refers to such persons by the gender-neutral term “users”). Natural persons must be of legal majority age and legally competent. The website may be used free of charge.
- The user declares that he agrees that contact information entered on the website and his certificate are made accessible to all users of the IT infrastructure of the Federal Employment Agency.
- The use of the website requires an invitation by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency.
- The invitation will expire if the recipient (invited external user) does not process it within 60 days.
- The external user can change the address book entry at any time. If there are changes that have not yet been verified by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency, further modifications to the address book entry may not be made until the dataset has been approved by the Federal Employment Agency's user.
- The user will be informed that his certificate will expire 30 days in advance. The user data will be deleted automatically 14 days after expiry of the certificate.
- The user can only have his address book entry deleted by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency.
- The user is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of his update link.
- Address book entries can be deleted by employees of the Federal Employment Agency at any time without notifying the user.

As part of the data processing, the collected data is stored. The data is only used within the Federal Employment Agency. The data is not transmitted to third parties. -

You always have the right to review where data originates and the extent to which and purpose for which data is stored.
You can view your stored data at any time using the link in your invitation e-mail. -
Deletion of data
Your data will be deleted automatically several days after the certificate expires.
You can have your address book entry deleted early at any time. To do so, please contact the Federal Employment Agency’s employee who invited you.
If this is not possible, please send an informal deletion request to IT-Systemhaus.Vertrauensdienste@arbeitsagentur.de.
