This website allows provision of your contact information and encryption certificate in the address book for external contacts of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). The following terms apply to your use of this website:

Use of the website

1. All natural and legal persons are entitled to use the website (the following document refers to such persons by the gender-neutral term “users”). Natural persons must be of legal majority age and legally competent. The website may be used free of charge.
2. The user declares that he agrees that contact information entered on the website and his certificate are made accessible to all users of the IT infrastructure of the Federal Employment Agency.
3. The use of the website requires an invitation by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency.
4. The invitation will expire if the recipient (invited external user) does not process it within 60 days.
5. The external user can change the address book entry at any time. If there are changes that have not yet been verified by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency, further modifications to the address book entry may not be made until the dataset has been approved by the Federal Employment Agency's user.
6. The user will be informed that his certificate will expire 30 days in advance. The user data will be deleted automatically 14 days after expiry of the certificate.
7. The user can only have his address book entry deleted by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency.
8. The user is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of his update link.
9. Address book entries can be deleted by employees of the Federal Employment Agency at any time without notifying the user.

1. Collection, processing and use of data
   The collection, processing and use of data is for the purpose of exchanging encrypted e-mails with communication partners outside of the Federal Employment Agency. As part of the data processing, the collected data is stored. The data is only used within the Federal Employment Agency. The data is not transmitted to third parties.
2. Your rights
   You always have the right to review where data originates and the extent to which and purpose for which data is stored.
   You can view your stored data at any time using the link in your invitation e-mail.
3. Deletion of data
   Your data will be deleted automatically several days after the certificate expires.
   You can have your address book entry deleted early at any time. To do so, please contact the Federal Employment Agency’s employee who invited you.
   If this is not possible, please send an informal deletion request to IT-Systemhaus.Vertrauensdienste@arbeitsagentur.de.
   
4. Consent
   By submitting your data through this website, you agree that your entered contact information and uploaded certificate will be made available to all IT users of the Federal Employment Agency.
   
5. Updates to this data protection declaration
   If data protection-related content on this website changes, or changes are required due to further development of internet and IT security technology, this “Data protection declaration” will be updated or adjusted. Therefore, the Federal Employment Agency reserves the right to amend or supplement the declaration if necessary.

Data Collection

In deviation from the information provided in the privacy notice on the website of the Federal Employment Agency, the following information is stored automatically each time you access our website and retrieve a file:

1. The user's IP address
2. Date and time of access
3. The accessed page of our website/name of the retrieved file
4. The amount of data transferred
5. Notification whether access/retrieval was successful
6. The browser and operating system used
7. If applicable, errors that have occurred in the application
